Delivery Details
If you place your order before 12:00, we will start processing it the same day. The processing time for your order is 1-2 business days. Shipping takes 5-7 business days. The total delivery time is therefore 6–9 business days. Shipping is free within Switzerland, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, and Slovakia.
Shipping Process
As soon as we receive your shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to track your order. You can track the status of your delivery here using this number.
Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, please be patient. Delays are usually caused by factors beyond our control – weather, holidays, etc. If 3 business days have passed since the maximum delivery time and your order has still not arrived, please contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrived differently or was damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Please send a photo of the issue and your order number along with the information. We will investigate the problem and arrange a replacement delivery if necessary.
